The green section of the book contains recipes. The book contains fourteen recipes that were used during the Super Streek Weken (Super Region Weeks), during which the Dynamic Food team was split into two. For a week, one of the two teams bought products from the supermarket and the other team visited local farmers. They compared supermarket products with local products in terms of availability, origin, transport and price.
In the blue section of the book, Dynamic Food shows how the reader can set up their own eatery in temporarily vacant premises in order to support the small farms and suppliers in the vicinity of the city. Local residents are introduced to regional rural products in the eatery and learn more about their food through lectures and debates.
