BRABANT CITY STUDY
THE GRAPHIC CAMPAIGN IDENTITY FOR A STUDY ON THE FUTURE OF INNER-CITY DEVELOPMENT
Brabantstadstudie (Brabant city study) is a study of the 5 major cities in the province of North Brabant. The research focuses on inner-city developments and current events at the urban planning level. Project developer BPD started this project to get a better grip on inner-city developments in addition to new construction. The residents are central to this study and are widely involved in it.
We designed a second layer for the existing corporate identity of BPD. Characteristic elements of the process, such as research, dynamics, the cities' development, observation, analysis and the generation of ideas, are the reason behind this graphic intervention. Within the identity we want to generate a visual second layer that you can use as a tool kit.
The identity is an intervention regarding image and text, a collection of shading and encircling. The visual intervention shows what text and image are about and refers to BPD's inquisitive nature.
